i cannot make things better, but this might help - DON'T sweep the shit under the carpet and live with the stink. no matter how smelly it is, clean it up. wear gloves and a surgical mask if you must. you wouldn't want to stain your hands.
do stand up for yourself, darling. call me if you need a pair of hands to help slap the shit out of their faces.
